Ads rarely create strong emotions. We talk about wanting to, of course. But it seems we always get in our own way trying to explain, to talk about how well we do whatever it is that we do — so that we rarely ever getting around to the heart of what our audience cares about. It’s a shame, really, because the messages that stick in a great ad are 9 times out of 10 condensed down to human emotion. As this powerful ad shows:

The question to consider is this: If you don’t have human stories to tell about your business, why not? All businesses are made of people. And all people have a story to tell. If you have no stories to tell, perhaps you don’t know your customers as well as you think… just something to consider on a Monday morning.
