The Minority Health Research Council needed a television spot to alert poor women to the risk of ovarian cancer. This spot promoted the need to be checked, as well as the key hereditary factors that determine a woman’s risk of the disease. Great creative without great strategy does not work. Well this was straight block and tackle advertising that competed with the big world of retail head to head and pulled numbers.
