Creative Director. Accountant. Creative Director. Accountant. Forgive Randal if he seems conflicted. Artist by trade, he’s equally comfortable discussing a balance sheet. A principal in FitzMartin, Randal leads the creative team. As art director, Randal has won numerous awards from the Advertising Federation and the Business Marketing Association. Under his direction FitzMartin has twice been named the Forbes McKay Marketing Firm of the Year by the American Marketing Association. Randal’s work has been published in multiple design annuals including Print, How and the NY Art Director’s Club.

Personally, Randal and his wife are raising three sons. Actually, there’s some debate which is more challenging, managing the creative department or raising teenagers. Randal and his sons have made numerous trips around the country in an unofficial attempt to see a game at all of the great baseball parks in the Major Leagues.

But at the end of a long day, when the creative endeavors at FitzMartin wind down and Randal manages to carve out a few minutes of his own, he secretly loves to kick back by the fire with a warm drink and some thrilling profit analysis.
