Gail is our most experienced account manager, but she has a dirty secret: she began her career as an artist. A good one. Then a few years ago, well more than few, she switched to account services, and never has a client had a more enthusiastic advocate. But Gail is more than a source of great energy; she also brings ideas to the table - practical, logical, wildly imaginative ideas.

Since joining FitzMartin in 1997, Gail has focused her talents on strategic planning, branding and client relations. You can tell a great deal about a person by the comments of their clients. Among FitzMartin clients, the love of all things Gail is universal.

When Gail is not at work, it’s often difficult to pin down the exact continent on which she’s standing. She and her husband Tom have traveled the world, hiking many of the most famous mountains and woods on the planet. And whatever you do, do NOT challenge her to a game of “I’ve hiked more trails in the Great Smokey Mountains than you.” Because she’s hiked them all. Lately, Gail has organized an impromptu band among F-dotters, leading our musically inclined with her trusty Taylor guitar as ably as she leads her clients.
